3. How long will the job take?
Most residential tile & grout cleaning takes 2–4 hours, depending on surface size and condition. Additional time may be needed for sealing or polishing.
4. When can I use the area again?
-Cleaning only: Usually safe to use once fully dry
-Sealing or(color) sealing or regrouting:
-Avoid cleaning or heavy use for 24 hours
-Full cure typically 72 hours before moisture exposure
5. Do you use safe cleaning products?
Yes—we use pH-neutral, non-acidic cleaners that are family and pet friendly. We avoid soap-based or acidic products that can dull grout or harm sealants
6. Will sealing change the look of my grout?
Our clear sealers protect without changing colors or gloss. Color sealing is optional for enhanced appearance. Sealers are breathable and virtually invisible
7. How often should I have my grout sealed?
Sealers should be reapplied approximately every 2 years, or sooner in high-moisture areas like showers
8. Can you repair cracked or missing grout?
Absolutely! We offer grout repair, regrouting, and crack fixing, ensuring a long-lasting, seamless finish
9. Do You Move Furniture?
Yes! We’re happy to move furniture as long as we have your permission. Items must be light enough for 1–2 people to move safely. If something is too heavy, no worries—we’ll work around it.
